Lillie Rice Center proudly held an Anniversary Celebration in honor of 50 years of serving persons with developmental disabilities in Walla Walla and Columbia Counties.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house event was held at the Lilllie Rice Center on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m.
