Lillie Rice Center, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation that provides educational, social, and other individual services to the disadvantaged and handicapped adults and children in Walla Walla and Columbia Counties. The Lillie Rice Center was formally incorporated as a private nonprofit agency in 1966.

Lillie Rice Center, Inc., a not-for-profit agency, is dedicated to providing early intervention, vocational rehabilitation/habilitation and support services that will enable infants and toddlers at risk, disabled and/or vocationally limited persons to have the opportunity of acquiring specific skills and behaviors needed to achieve an optimal level of development, employability, community access and improvement in overall quality of life.
